Tasmania’s most iconic white sand beach – Wineglass Bay – is the highlight of this scenic tour. The aerial view is truly spectacular and an unforgettable experience.
Leaving the peninsula, we fly over the seal colony of Ile Des Phoques and continue towards our destination Maria Island. We’ll land and take a walk around the nearby area.
Famous for its abundance of wildlife, Maria Island is home to rare and endangered species like the swift parrot and Cape Barron goose, wombats, kangaroos and of course, the Tasmanian Devil.
We enjoy an hour-and-a-half on the island, including time for a sumptuous lunch with local Tasmanian food and wine, before returning to Hobart by air.

The flight departs Hobart at 11:00am, taking in the sights over the east coast and Freycinet National Park (including Wineglass Bay) along the way. It’s 50 minutes to our destination of Maria Island.
